FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a bill feed mechanism and a banknote processing device comprising such a mechanism. Bumper feed mechanism comprises feed roll 31 and bobbin roller 2 arranged in series in the bill feed direction, locking roller 32 located opposite feed roller 31, drive assembly 4 and transmission element 5. At that, feed roller 31 comprises feed shaft 311 and one-sided rotation sleeve 43. Coupling 43 of one-side rotation is put on supply shaft 311. Drive unit 4 is configured, during bill feed, to actuate gripping roller 2 to rotate in direction of feeding bill and drive roller 31 with rotation in direction of supply of denominations by means of coupling 43 of one-sided rotation. Drive unit 4 is additionally configured to return biller roller 2 with rotation in the bill return direction when the notes are returned, wherein gripping roller 2 actuates feed roller 31 with rotation in the direction of bill release by means of transmission element 5.

EFFECT: mechanism provides the possibility of simultaneous prevention of joint banknote gripping and banknotes return.
