FIELD: cosmetology.
SUBSTANCE: composition, which is a product of reactants involving dimeric fatty acid and/or trimeric fatty acid, a mono-alcohol containing at least 3 carbon atoms, and polyol containing at least 2 hydroxyl groups. Composition comprises a diester of a dimeric fatty acid and/or a trimeric fatty acid triester, and an oligoester containing more than one dimeric fatty acid residue and/or a trimeric fatty acid. Invention also provides an emulsion comprising a composition, especially in form of personal hygiene products, emulsification method using the composition and use of the composition as an emulsifying agent.
EFFECT: composition, emulsion, method and application are proposed.
