SUBSTANCE: composition of lubricating material contains polyhydrocarbyl ester of an aliphatic polyol, wherein at least one hydrocarbyl group of the polyhydrocarbyl ester contains 6-12 carbon atoms. Other hydrocarbyl groups are n-tridecyl, n-tetradecyl, n-pentadecyl, n-hexadecyl, n-heptadecyl, n-octadecyl, n-nonadecyl, n-eicosyl, isotridecyl, isotetradecyl, isopentadecyl, isohexadecyl, isoheptadecyl, isooctadecyl, isononadecyl or isoeicosyl. The molar requivalent of the hydrocarbyl groups, having 6-12 carbon atoms, per mole of the aliphatic polyol in the polyhydrocarbyl ester ranges from 1.5 to 4.0. The aliphatic polyol contains 2-12 OH groups and 2-12 carbon atoms.

EFFECT: preparation of a composition which combines high viscosity and low congelation point.
