SUBSTANCE: invention relates to poultry-processing industry. Device (1) for performing operation on slaughtered poultry (18) or on a part of slaughtered poultry contains at least one carrying device (7) for carrying poultry (18) or part of poultry, drum (3), which on its periphery is equipped with at least one groove (4), and along this at least one groove (4) roller (5) rolls, which is installed on at least one bearing device (7) to ensure that movement of at least one bearing device (7) along the periphery of drum (3) causes at least one carrying device (7) to perform operations on bird (18) or part of bird, wherein at least one carrier (7) comprises movable mounting unit (8), which supports roller (5), and movable mounting unit (8) is configured to move up and down relative to the rest of this at least one bearing device (7).
EFFECT: enabling more accurate treatment of poultry or parts of poultry having different sizes.
