Method for increasing germinating capacity of seeds includes treating seeds with a silicon-containing plant development stimulant, wherein presowing treatment is carried out using clover seeds soaking in working solution of hydrothermal nanosilica with concentration of 0.05–0.005 % with exposure of 30–40 minutes.

EFFECT: invention increases seed germination and germination capacity of annual varieties of clover.
