FIELD: small arms.
SUBSTANCE: muzzle brake-compensator-flash absorber contains a monolithic cylindrical body with relief-shaped internal partitions and holes located at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the device, a connecting coupling with a tip with internal and external threads. A method for manufacturing a muzzle brake-compensator-flash absorber is proposed, which uses the technology of selective laser fusion from a metal-powder composition on a 3D printer followed by sintering in a high-temperature chamber.
EFFECT: reduction in weight, an increase in structural strength and shooting safety, a reduction in blowback and vertical movement of weapons, a decrease in visibility and noise when firing.
