SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of supply management, namely, supplying liquids in a closed container, including drinking water in bottles, beverages in closed metal containers, combustible-lubricating materials, which are supplied in large barrels at a maintenance station, and can be used by supply services. Technical result is achieved in a system for controlling deliveries of liquids in a closed container, including in a metal container, containing server with installed software for storage and processing of information, at least one support for consumer under capacity or device with installed in it capacity (for example, water dispenser with installed bottle), made with at least one mass sensor, made with possibility of measuring mass of liquid container or device with installed in it capacity, with information input device, made with possibility to input by consumer information on availability and occupancy of places for storage of filled and empty containers at consumer, as well as with modem, configured to transmit to server information on change of mass of container with liquid and on availability and filling of places for storage of filled and empty containers at consumer, at least one vendor workstation with installed software configured to access the server, with the possibility to take into account in the system information on availability and occupancy of seats for storage of filled and empty containers, with the possibility of forecasting the flow rate of liquids and drawing up a plan to supply consumers with containers with liquid and a plan for the supplier to purchase the required number of such containers.

EFFECT: technical result, which invention is intended for, consists in provision of possibility to use standard containers with liquids, including in metal container, as well as possibility of accounting in system of information on presence and occupation of places for storage of filled and empty reservoirs.
