SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of prevention of insufficiency of stock of the used coffee capsules in the consumer location, used in the beverage preparation machine, at that the beverage preparation machine is located at a distance from the capsule supplier and has a connection for exchanging data with the server capsule supplier through the network, at that the method comprises the supply from the capsule supplier of stock of used capsules with the ingredients to the location of the consumer; the automatic monitoring on the network of the flow of the used capsules with the ingredients used in the beverage preparation machine; and each time when the automatic monitoring detects insufficiency of the stock of unused coffee capsules on the consumer location, the supplier server automatically instructs: a) to offer the consumer to make an order for the shipment of a new stock of capsules, or b) to prepare the shipment of a new stock of capsules for delivery to the consumer.
EFFECT: logistics of product distribution of capsules from the supplier to the location of the machine enables to prevent a shortage of capsules, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the beverage preparation machine.
