FIELD: heating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat supply systems of buildings, which envisages use of heat of waste water after hot water supply (HWS) heaters. Design of individual heat point includes return pipeline of heat network, supply pipeline of heat network, heater HWS, water-withdrawing pipeline HWS, pipeline of initial water from cold water pipeline, branch from supply pipeline of heat network to heater HWS, connecting jumper, reverse pipeline of heater HWS for network water, check valve, valve or gate valve, temperature controllers, heater of heating system. Additionally, comprises pump with frequency-controlled drive, located on connecting strap and controlled by additional temperature controller, as well as check valve installed on return pipeline of heater HWS for network water, and flow rate regulator installed on supply pipeline of heat network.
EFFECT: when using the invention, it is simplified to prevent excessive supply of heat to the building, which leads to increase in the temperature of the internal air above the allowable value according to the safety of vital activity and corresponding to discomfort, elimination of excess of the return water temperature after the heating system and (or) HWS above the value required by the schedule.
