FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat supply systems of buildings, which envisages use of waste water heat after hot water supply heaters, heat supply system can be used in residential, public and industrial buildings. Design of individual heat point includes return pipeline of heat network, supply pipeline of heat network, domestic hot water heater, water supply pipeline of domestic hot water, pipeline of initial water from cold water line, branching from supply pipeline of heat network to DHW heater, connecting jumper, return pipeline of DHW heater via network water, check valve, valves (gate valves), temperature controllers, at that, it additionally comprises pump with variable-frequency drive arranged on connection web, as well as check valve installed on return pipeline of hot water heater in network water, and flow rate regulator installed on supply pipeline of heat network.
EFFECT: prevention of excessive supply of heat in the building, which leads to increase in the internal air temperature exceeding the allowable by the safety of vital activity and corresponding discomfort, eliminating excess of return water temperature after the heating and/or hot water supply system above the value required by the schedule, and heating of buildings after the official heating season in case of such need.
