SUBSTANCE: invention refers to immunology, medical and veterinary diagnostics and represents a method for conducting immunochromatographic serodiagnosis. Method for immunochromatographic serodiagnosis with successive addition of reagents for determining specific antibodies by using (1) a multi-membrane composite, in which a pathogen organism antigen is immobilized in a functional region, (2) a solution containing a labeled immunoglobulin-binding protein; (3) of the wash buffer is characterized by the following: a sample, a solution containing the labeled immunoglobulin-binding protein are sequentially added to different sections of the initial membrane of the multimembrane composite; and a washing buffer; wherein the reagent application areas are located as follows: a region for the labeled immunoglobulin-binding protein is located between the sample application zone and the washing buffer application zone; zone for application of the sample touches the working membrane of the test strip, on which the analytical zone is located, and there is no substrate for applying the conjugate.

EFFECT: invention provides higher reliability of analysis.
