SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to lightguide devices for delivery of radiation from a source to an object with point focusing. Light guide instrument with microfocusing consists of a fiber-optic light guide arranged in a sapphire capillary channel having a closed working part with a combined profile, in which smooth narrowing with transition to rod of smaller diameter ends with hemispherical microlens with diameter of not more than 500 mcm.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of losses when delivering radiation for creation of point radiation volumes, increase in the range of occurrence depth of objects of laser point action performed by the device.
