SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering and electric power industry, in particular to the power transformers transformation ratio regulators. In load transformer under load control device, which includes bidirectional thyristor keys, each of which contains at least two counter-parallel connected thyristor, one outputs connected to taps of primary sectionalized winding of transformer, current and voltage sensors of supply network, their outputs connected to control unit of bidirectional thyristor keys, primary partitioned winding is connected to supply main, at that primary sectionalized winding of transformer is made in form of two separate galvanically isolated sectioned semi-windings with branches, and each branch lead of one galvanically isolated sectional half-winding is connected to each tap output of the other galvanically isolated sectioned semi-winding by means of corresponding bidirectional thyristor switch.

EFFECT: invention increases number of levels of controlled voltage at transformer output and increases efficiency of device.
