FIELD: transport machinery.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Hydromechanical transmission of self-propelled machine comprises control elements installed in fixed housing and multistage hydraulic converter comprising centrifugal pump impeller connected in series in working fluid circulation circle, connected to drive shaft, first-stage turbine wheel of centrifugal type, turbine wheel of second stage of axial type, turbine wheel of third stage of centripetal type and reactors. All turbine wheels are connected to driven shaft by means of individual controlled couplings, number of reactors is equal to number of turbine wheels, reactors are equipped with individual switching devices connecting a certain active reactor with a fixed housing and connected simultaneously with a corresponding clutch coupling of a certain turbine wheel. First-stage turbine wheel or the second-stage turbine wheel is connected to one of the reactors.
EFFECT: enabling expansion of operational capabilities of hydromechanical transmission.
