FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to auxiliary equipment for maintenance of mine multi-channel hoisting machine. Diagnostics system for lining of traction sheave of lifting machine, including device for measuring length of circle (1) along bottom of groove (5a) lug (5a) of traction sheave (5), which comprises meter of length (1a), and device for measuring distance (6) to bottom of groove (5a) of lining (5b) of traction sheave (5), which comprises depth detector (6a), as well as control unit (2), which comprises functionally connected data processing unit (2a) and data receiving and transmitting unit (2b), to which are connected, pulse sensor (1b) connected to meter of length (1a), sensor (6b) connected with depth meter (6a) to bottom of groove (5a) of lining (5b) of traction sheave (5), sensor of full revolution (3) of pulley (5), which interacts with signal mark (4) arranged on pulley (5).
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of convenience, operation and maintenance of traction sheave, which enable to improve the state of safety equipment and reduce labor intensity of obtaining data, possibility of scheduling service and excluding an accident.
