FIELD: diagnostic immunological analyzes.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is analytical device (1) for determining presence of the analyzed analyte in a sample, comprising housing (4), which includes liquid receiving unit (20), which is adapted to accommodate more than one type of liquid such that this type of liquid is stored in a separate liquid chamber, where each fluid chamber has an opening sealed by sealing layer (21, 22); mixing chamber (14) located inside housing, which is adapted to receive a sample and which is adapted to receive a solution which is a product of mixing liquids from each liquid chamber; inner surface (13) inside said housing, having spiral and inclined shape, which causes liquid to flow towards mixing chamber (14); cover (2), which is configured to pierce sealing layer by means of piercing element (15, 16); and analytical device (5), which is connected with mixing chamber to determine presence of analyzed analyte in sample.

EFFECT: invention facilitates mixing of liquids before interaction with the sample, as well as delays interaction of the sample with solution inside the mixing chamber until the mixture is prepared.
