FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for preventing slippage of wheels. Device for dispensing of mixture of lubricant and abrasive material optimizing friction coefficient into gap between rail vehicle wheel and rail comprises lubricant reservoir, reservoir for abrasive material, dispensing unit for dispensing lubricant, metering unit for dosing of abrasive material, feeding device for supply of lubricant, supply device for supply of abrasive material and common metering nozzle. At the same time feeding devices for supply of lubricant and for supply of abrasive material are separated from each other and enter the common dosing nozzle. Optimizing coefficient of friction mixture is formed from lubricating and abrasive materials only during its dosing into gap between wheel and rail. There is an additional compressed air pipeline, which enters the common metering nozzle. Proposed method comprises adding lubricant and abrasive material to gap between wheel and rail.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency and reliability of batching optimizing friction coefficient of mixture.
