FIELD: data processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of encoding/decoding audio signal information. Encoded audio signal information is read out, comprising: a coded audio signal representation for the first and second frames; first information for first frame and first control data element having first value; second pitch information for the second frame and a second control data element having a second value different from the first value, wherein the first and second control data elements are in the same field; and third control data element for first frame, second frame and third frame. Third control data element indicates presence or absence of the first information of the main tone and/or the second information of the basic tone. Third control data element is encoded in one bit having a value which distinguishes the third frame from the first and second frames. Third frame has a format in which there is no first and second information of the fundamental tone, first and second elements of control data. When determining that the first control data element has a first value, using first pitch information for a long-term postfilter.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of encoding/decoding efficiency.
