FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polyurethane dispersion intended for impregnating synthetic skin from microfiber on a nonwoven basis, synthetic leather containing such impregnation, and synthetic leather production method. Polyurethane dispersion contains a polyurethane prepolymer, containing in the form of polymer links from 25 % to 40 % monomeric aromatic diisocyanate and from 20 % to 85 % polyether polyol, by dry weight relative to total dry weight of polyurethane prepolymer; and an ionic surfactant. Polyurethane prepolymer additionally contains in form of polymer links from 0.1 % to 30 % of polyester polyol, by dry weight relative to total dry weight of polyurethane prepolymer, and has content of terminal isocyanate groups of 3 to 10 wt %. Synthetic non-woven microfiber skin contains a non-woven material of microfibre and said polyurethane dispersion. Method for producing synthetic leather involves a step for impregnating nonwoven material from microfiber with polyurethane dispersion.
EFFECT: technical result is production of polyurethane dispersion for use in production of synthetic skin from microfibre on nonwoven basis, having chemical stability, especially to toluene and alkaline medium.
