SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for determining timing advance (TA) offset in a new radio network (NR) performed by a wireless device. Method comprises steps of: obtaining, by signaling from a network node, an indication of whether the carrier frequency of the network NR with the carrier frequency of the long-term evolution network (LTE) coexists; determining, based on whether carrier frequency of network NR with carrier frequency of LTE network coexists, offset TA for uplink transmission; and uplink transmission is carried out using the determined TA offset.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing of proper timing in time when switching between an uplink and a downlink.
