FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: wireless device receives network support information associated with a neighboring cell, indicating that the neighboring cell supports an autonomous (SA) mode of operation and/or a non-autonomous (NSA) mode of operation; and sends to the serving network node a message containing the identification information associated with the neighboring cell, and network support information indicating that the neighboring cell supports an SA mode of operation and/or an NSA mode of operation. Serving network node determines, based on said message, the type of interface to be established between the serving network node and the neighboring network node.
EFFECT: providing improved ANR functionality for providing information of relationships between neighboring cells.
