SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary virology and biotechnology. Disclosed is a vaccine for early protection against foot-and-mouth disease type Asia-1 inactivated emulsion, containing avirulent and purified antigenic material from the strain of Aphtae epizooticae virus "Asia-1 No. 2356/14/2018", family. Picornaviridae, genus Aphthovirus, type Asia-1, deposited under registration number No. 176 - dep/19-66 - State Collection of Strains of Microorganisms the Federal State Budgetary Institution the Federal Center for Animal Health (GKShM FGBU VNIIZZH), in effective amount and adjuvants.
EFFECT: invention extends the range of production vaccines, possessing high immunogenicity and providing early effective protection against a homologous pathogen of foot-and-mouth disease of Asia-1 type circulating in Central and South-East Asian countries.
