SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to veterinary virology and biotechnology and relate to the vaccine and the way it is prepared. Method of manufacturing vaccine includes culturing the viral antigen in a suspension culture of VNK-21 cells, inactivation, purification of the viral suspension from ballast admixtures, concentration of the antigen of the foot-and-mouth disease virus obtained, and coupling with the adjuvant. As adjuvant oil adjuvant Montanide ISA-61 VG (Seppic, France) is used, which is sterilized by means of filters. Virus-containing suspension is purified by filtration, the antigenic material is concentrated by flowing ultrafiltration.
EFFECT: inventions allow to obtain more effective, safe and economically feasible anti-murrain drugs and provide an increase in the intensity and duration of the immunogenic activity of the foot-and-mouth disease vaccine and a reduction in its reactogenicity.
