SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a device for extracorporeal treatment of ultrasound-focused pelvic diseases related to the field of treatment technology by high-intensity focused ultrasound. Device comprises a sound-radiating surface of an ultrasonic transducer, which is a spherical surface having a first cut, second section and third section, one greater circle of the sphere is the main greater circle, the first section and the second section, respectively, are located on two intersections of the spherical surface and diameter, perpendicular to the main major circle, and third shear connects first section with second cut; the cross-section of the sound-radiating surface parallel to the main major circle has an arc shape; wherein the sound-radiating surface is capable of reflecting the ultrasound, and the ultrasonic wave generated by the sound generation unit is focused on the center of the sphere corresponding to the sound-radiating surface. Procedural table is configured to put a human body in a position for lithotomy, and the pelvis cavity is placed in the center of the sphere corresponding to the sound-radiating surface, wherein two legs respectively extend from the sound-emitting surface through the first and second cuts, and the upper part of the human body exits the sound-radiating surface through the third cut. Device can solve problems of low efficiency, effect and safety of existing ultrasonic treatment for prostate disease.
EFFECT: treatment device comprises an ultrasonic transducer and a procedural table.
