FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions can be used in inspection of perimeters of male and female surfaces of thin-walled large-sized cylindrical non-rigid shells, preferably, missile housings. One device for controlling the perimeter of the male surface, the other for monitoring the enveloping surface of the jointed shells, consisting of flexible tapes 3, on the opposite ends of which the device tuning device 4 and the perimeter control mechanism 5 of the docked shell surface are fixed, kinematically connected to each other by the cylindrical connecting rod 6 with external thread 7, on one end of which is applied main measuring scale 8, and other end is equipped with cylindrical collar 9, blind threaded hole 10 and groove 11 on cylindrical part of its outer surface, wherein tuning mechanism 4 consists of bracket 12 fixed to flexible tape, mounted therein on two semi-axles 14 of housing 13, inside of which there is threaded bushing 15 with adjusting screw 19 and spring 18, pressed by threaded bushing 15 to cylindrical bead 9 of connecting rod 6, in 13 body screwed in screw 17, interacting with slot 11 of connecting rod 6, and locking screw 16, fixing position of adjusting screw 19 after calibration works, and the perimeter control mechanism 5 consists of bracket 21 with two ribs with shaped slots 32 attached to flexible band 3 and fixed in it by means of two half-axes 14 of housing 22, inside which there is threaded sleeve 27 kinematically connected to connecting rod 6, cartridge 23 with slots located along its axis at angle of 120°, with installed in them packages of balls 25, and compression spring 24, which, like packs of balls 25, is fixed in cassette 23 by cover 26, in sockets of threaded bushing 27 are installed two balls 29, interacting with slots on end of cassette 23, external cylindrical surface of cartridge 23 is mated with "crank" 28, and to housing 22 is attached auxiliary scale (vernier) 31, interacting with main measuring scale 8 on connecting rod 6, wherein the device setting device 4 and the perimeter monitoring mechanism 5 of set 1 for measuring the perimeter of the male surface of the mating shell is mounted on the outer side of set 1, and the unit for setting up device 4 and the perimeter control mechanism 5 of set 2 for measuring the perimeter of the enveloping surface of the mating shell is fixed on the inner side of the set. Before using the devices, calibrating sets are calibrated.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of device design, providing possibility of control of perimeters of embracing and enclosed surfaces of large-sized adjoining thin-wall non-rigid cylindrical shells with high degree of accuracy, and simplification of its calibration method.
