FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to research in the field of oil production, in particular, to laboratory and measurement equipment for modeling processes of operation of installations of borehole sucker-rod pumps, allowing to fix oscillating processes in rod string, to estimate consumed capacity of installation and, as a result, prime cost of extracted oil. Bench for simulation of operation of installation of downhole sucker-rod pump includes simulator of rod string, weight connected with rod, flexible spring suspension and recorder with sensors. Test bench includes load simulator arranged on pumping unit frame consisting of clamping device and thrust. Recorder with sensors are presented in the form of a strain gage, installed on the rod of the pumping unit, and a wattmeter connected to a personal computer. Flexible spring suspension is a spring with a load simulating rod string deformations and installed on the pumping unit rod, at that, the load connected to the rod is immersed into the tank with a viscous liquid.
EFFECT: allows estimating consumed power of plant and, as a result, prime cost of extracted oil.
