SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telecommunication equipment and can be used for transmission of telephone information in object network of internal communication, ATS and LSC, as well as radio circuits with support for remote control of air and ground (sea) radio communication, via communication paths using radio relay, wire and satellite communication means. Unified terminal device for telephone and loud-speaking communication comprises computing unit (1.1.2), adapter card (1.2.1), Internet connection (1.1.2.3) with an open segment of the communication system, secondary power supply circuit (1.1.4), technically separated open and closed segments of voice information processing, galvanically isolated from each other, comprising an open segment switching device (1.2), having an open segment tangent (1.2.1.1) connection, connection (1.2.1.2) of open segment of special-purpose telephone set, information connection (1.2.1.3) of open segment, filter card (1.2.2), including feed connections (1.2.2.1-1.2.2.5), multifunctional open segment indicator (1.1), comprising liquid crystal display (1.1.1), board (1.1.3) of buttons and encoders, connection (1.1.2.4) with communication facilities not included in communication system, as well as device (1.3) of closed segment switching, comprising adapter board (1.3.1), including connection (1.3.1.1) closed segment tangents, connection (1.3.1.2) of closed segment of special-purpose telephone set and information connection (1.3.1.3) of closed segment, filter board (1.3.2), including feed connections (1.3.2.1-1.3.2.5), computation closed segment (1.4), which includes computing unit (1.4.1), comprising peripheral circuit board (1.4.1.1), computer board (1.4.1.2), Internet connection (1.4.1.3) with closed segment of communication system and connection (1.4.1.4) with communication facilities not included in communication system, as well as board (1.4.2) of the secondary power supply.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of technical characteristics of the disclosed device, namely in providing implementation of functions of terminal devices, while simultaneously listening to information on closed and open paths formed by a communication system and selective transmission on any of them, due to the presence of two separate segments (open and closed).
