FIELD: telecommunication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telecommunication engineering and can be used to provide direct communications to officials located in mobile objects, organize the binding of subscribers of mobile objects to public communication networks, conduct telephone conversations and transmit various information and data through established communication channels. The effect is achieved through the introduction of new equipment, including a portable radio station, which provides the organization of multi-channel radio communication in the HF and VHF bands with the possibility of transmission over the established channels of telephone and videotelephone communication, data and e-mail exchange with different transmission speeds and an increased degree of protection of transmitted information, a satellite communication station with an antenna system, a wireless broadband access station with an antenna, which provide access to the public communication network and conduct cryptographically secure communications over long distances.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality of the multifunctional command and control vehicle (CCV) in terms of increasing the volume and quality of communications services provided to officials when they work in the field.
