FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of obtaining micronised fodder from feed grain, according to which feed grain is divided into three fractions of equal weight, moistened and micronised. Each fraction is fed into a separate micronizer and then re-sent for fractionation. At the same time each fraction is supplied to its own sieve with size of slotted holes which is 20-30% larger than at the first separation. Grain fraction from the largest grain is sorted on a sieve with a hole size which is 20-30% larger than the average size of the thickness of its caryopses. During repeated fractionation of grain there is separation into micronized grain and non-micronized grain. Compensation from sieves for all grain fractions is combined and sent for storage, and non-micronized grain is sent for repeated separate micronisation, after passing through which all the obtained fractions are combined and sent for storage, after which the ready product is fed for fractionation with subsequent direction into bins, which separately contain micronized fodder grain, non-micronised grain and light fodder impurities in the form of flour.
EFFECT: invention ensures an improvement in the quality of the finished product.
