FIELD: production of composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite filaments with a polymer coating containing metal nanoparticles dispersed in a composite matrix for 3D printing. Composite filament comprises a core of a particle containing a matrix of sulphonated polyester and a plurality of silver nanoparticles dispersed in the matrix, and a cladding polymer disposed around the core of the particle. Matrix of sulphonated polyester contains an alkaline salt of statistical sulphonated polyester. Method for producing filament and article made from composite filament are also described.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of new materials with antibacterial properties for 3D printing.
