SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of generating reports on invasive medical procedures. Device for generating a clinical report during an invasive medical procedure using structured reporting data of an invasive medical procedure comprises a processing unit, configured to receive a report template class on the invasive medical procedure, receiving the invasive procedure status indicator from the invasive procedure status monitoring device; determining accessibility state of a template class element in a plurality of template class elements, providing input of data into a template class element, if availability status is satisfied, receiving data into a template class element, for which data input was provided, to form structured reporting data of the invasive medical procedure, generating a clinical report on the invasive medical procedure using structured reporting data of the invasive medical procedure, as well as outputting the clinical report.

EFFECT: technical result is simpler and more accurate formation of clinical reports based on structured reporting data of an invasive medical procedure during medical intervention.
