System comprises: a processor for processing data in natural language, made with possibility of extracting clinical indicators from a clinical document, apparatus for determining a time resolution, configured to determine to which other clinical documents such clinical indicators are related, and a graphical user interface for visual display of data, which shows a mutual relationship of clinical indicators between the clinical document and other clinical documents, wherein processor device for natural language data processing connects one or more images with clinical indicators, and a graphical user interface for visual display selects consistent measurement results, links to images and clinical indicators in a clinical document and other clinical documents.
