The data field playback device (2) reproducing the template data fields to the user. The image data set selecting device (4) automatically selecting, at least, one set of the image data having the image type determined by the type descriptor associated with the selected, at least, one data field. The type generator (5) automatically generating the type of, at least, one selected image data set based on the playback mode defined by the type descriptor associated with the selected, at least, one data field. The report generator (7) to generate the report based on the template and the data provided by the user.
