SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an electronic device and a method of controlling thermal fluid installations for buildings. Created is electronic device (1) for control of thermo-liquid system for building (56), containing heating/cooling system (50, 54; 80, 82, 84, 85), including mixing valves (52, 52'), adapted to control hot/cold water flows in said heating/cooling system (50, 54; 80, 82, 84, 85). Device (1) comprises control unit (2), which can: receive main signal (4) from building control system (56); receive a predetermined reference signal (6) representing a desired parameter for building (56); receive environment-related signals (8) from ambient sensors placed in building (56) and used, to measure environment parameters of said building (56); to output control signal (10) to actuator connected to appropriate mixing valve (52, 52') in order to modify its opening or closing.

EFFECT: technical result is improved characteristics of building control system.
