FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to treatment of biomedical wastes and discloses a method for disinfection of biomedical wastes by ozone and a plant for disinfection of biomedical wastes by ozone. Method is characterized by that ozone disinfection is in an inclined screw, in the plant, the ground wastes are fed first into the sealing screw, connected to inclined auger so that at inlet of inclined auger there formed is a plug from milled wastes, sealing inclined auger at inlet, casing of inclined auger is made longer than screw shaft, due to which cork is formed from milled wastes at outlet of inclined auger.
EFFECT: inventions provide higher efficiency of disinfection of biomedical wastes.
