FIELD: batchers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of devices for metered input of liquid reagents into fluid flow (gas, liquid or multiphase medium) and can be used in various industries. Proposed device consists of reagent tank connected to atmosphere, high pressure pump with drive, booster tank, reducing valve, an electromagnetic metering nozzle, a fluid flow rate sensor mounted on the fluid pipeline, and a control unit. During operation of the device, the reagent from the reservoir is supplied to the booster tank by means of a pump with a drive operating at constant rpm, from which reagent under pressure is directed to electromagnetic proportioning nozzle. In the booster tank, constant pressure is maintained by means of a reducing valve by releasing excess reagent into the vessel. Control unit generates signal supplied to injector, which controls the number of discrete reagent feed pulses depending on the signal coming from the fluid flow sensor.
EFFECT: technical result is simplification and improvement of device reliability.
