A cargo device for transporting liquid, solid and / or bulk cargo includes a frame with a coupling mechanism with a car, a container platform, a wheel suspension, and an outer body shaped like a rectangular cargo container. The inner space of the hull is divided horizontally by a sheet with the placement of a reusable tank in the lower cargo compartment. The container platform is made multi-level. The bottom of the tank follows the contour of the container platform in the longitudinal direction. The top in the longitudinal direction is made flat with a technological hatch for inspection and maintenance of the tank. The sheet above the lower cargo compartment is equipped with a technological closing window for access to the technological hatch. The width of the tank is made 1.5 times the height of the tank. The center of gravity of the tank after fixing on the frame is shifted relative to its vertical plane passing through the longitudinal axis by no more than 20 cm.

EFFECT: safety of cargo transportation is improved by reducing the center of gravity of the tank.
