FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular to a method for producing polymetallic nanopowders. The initial raw material in the form of a liquid containing water is prepared by electrolytic dissociation in a flow electrolytic cell. The reactor-activator is supplied with the above-mentioned liquid and ferromagnetic liquid in a quantity not exceeding 5 wt. % in relation to the quantity thereof. The liquid mixture is processed by the action of a rotating electromagnetic field with a frequency of 50 Hz of a three-phase current network with a voltage of 380 V and magnetic induction in the reactor of 0.9-1.1 T in such a way that said mixture rotates with ferromagnetic working elements. Invention enables resonating the oscillation frequencies of ferromagnetic nanoparticles present in the ferromagnetic liquid and the internal oscillations of liquid medium particles by controlling the rotation speed of the electromagnetic field to 3.000 rpm and the rate of flow of the liquid medium inside the reactor from 0.1 to 06 m/s. The ferromagnetic nanoparticles present in the ferromagnetic liquid adsorbed on ferromagnetic particles of metal compounds, metal compounds present in the reaction mass in a pure form and excess water with waste are separated. The remaining sediment is washed, dried and incinerated to produce a polymetallic nanopowder.
EFFECT: ensured is environmentally continuous production of aggregatively resistant polymetallic nanopowders.
