FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of cement mixtures and concrete for different purposes, operating under high deformation loads, and can be used in metallurgical, construction and other industries. The fire-resistant concrete mixture contains, wt %: corundum 13.0-20.0; high-alumina cement 5.0-10.0; silicon dioxide nanoparticles with specific surface area of 180-300 m2/g and/or modified aluminium oxide with specific surface area of 25-50 m2/g 0.04-0.08; mullite powder with particle size of 50-100 mcm 1.0-3.0; mullite with particle size of 3-7 mm - the balance. Part of the components of the mixture in dry form, which consists of high-alumina cement, mullite powder with particle size of 50-100 mcm, silicon dioxide nanoparticles and/or modified aluminium oxide, is pretreated with a rotating electromagnetic field in a vortex layer apparatus in a sealed capsule for 100-140 s, with the ratio of the treated components of the mixture and ferromagnetic particles of (2-4):1. The rest of the components are added and the mixture is tempered with water. The sealed capsule is made of nonmagnetic hard-alloy material. The magnetic field strength of the vortex layer apparatus is equal to 0.18-0.22 T.
EFFECT: obtaining concrete with improved compression strength properties.
