FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: prior to feeding the medium to be processed into the space of an inductor working chamber in the first variant of the method, the said medium shall be transformed into a state of cavitation mode by means of building a pressure differential of at least 0.3 MPa. In the second variant of the method aqueous solutions with mechanical admixtures of magnetic materials and/or solutions of salts of magnetically conductive metals shall be used as the medium to be processed; the said solutions prior to feeding into the space of the inductor working chamber shall also be transformed into a state of cavitation mode by means of building a pressure differential of at least 0.3 MPa. In the first variant of the electromagnetic activator of processes comprising an inductor of the rotating electromagnetic field, featuring a working chamber in the form of an axial channel, where a reaction chamber is installed with a clearance at the channel walls in the form of a tube with working bodies in the form of ferromagnetic particles with the reflectors of the working bodies installed at the reaction chamber edges, which is connected in its turn with the branch pipes supplying the thinly fluid medium to be processed and discharge of the processing products. In the second variant of the activator comprising an inductor of the rotating electromagnetic field, featuring a working chamber in the form of an axial channel, where a reaction chamber is installed with a clearance at the channel walls in the form of a tube connected with a branch pipe supplying the thinly fluid medium to be processed, including the mechanical admixtures of magnetic materials and/or solutions of salts of magnetically conductive metals and a branch pipe discharging the products of processing. In both activator variants a cavitator is installed at the reaction chamber inlet at he branch pipes supplying the medium to be processed, which is made in the form of a nozzle with a possibility of ensuring pressure differential at its inlet and outlet not less than 0.3 MPa.
EFFECT: increasing quality of processing products, stabilising chemical composition of products and more complete separation with respect to physical properties.
