SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, oncology, surgery, and can be used for restoration of walking function after amputation of lower extremity at shin level and prevention of changes of locomotor system. In the distal portion of the tibia above the level of the saw, 2 through holes are drilled at the low rpm at the drill bit at the low rpm. Through these holes, a shock-absorbing tape is made, which is folded or transmitted through soft tissues to the fibula filum with 8-shaped scratch. Ends of shock-absorbing tape are connected to each other by surgical unit at output of holes so that tension is created on shock-absorbing tape.

EFFECT: method allows avoiding excessive local overload of soft tissues in areas most often exposed to it, preventing deformation of shank stump due to absence of rigid adhesion between shinbones, preserving possibility of insignificant displacement of fibular relative to shin bone.
