FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics. After sawing the tibia bones on the posterior surface of their distal parts tissues are cut along the periosteum at a distance of 8 cm from the saw cut. By means of hooks the bones are deviated distally, the posterior skin-muscle-fascial flap is cut out after the ligation of the main vessels.
EFFECT: method increases the size of access, which improves the view of the vessel bunches and nerves, reduces the danger of traumatising the main arteries and veins.
