SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a non-aqueous coating agent comprising at least one compound which contains hydroxyl groups, at least one compound which includes isocyanate groups, having free or blocked isocyanate and silane groups, at least one catalyst for crosslinking silane groups, and at least one siloxane with alkoxysilyl functional groups.

EFFECT: coatings obtained using the coating agent according to the invention provide excellent resistance to dirt and good self-cleaning properties, while maintaining a good appearance, in particular, good resistance to turbidity and resistance to corrosion, even after exposure to atmospheric effects.
