FIELD: paint industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a two-component paint coating composition which is applied directly after mixing the base resin and the curing agent. Base resin (A) contains an acrylic resin containing hydroxy groups (A-1), and a curing catalyst selected from organic tin compounds, acidic phosphoric acid esters, mixtures or reaction products of acidic phosphoric acid esters and amines (A-2) as mandatory components, curing agent (B) contains aliphatic diisocyanate (B-1) and a copolymer containing alkoxysilyl groups (B-2), as mandatory components. Said acrylic resin, containing hydroxy groups (A-1), has a hydroxyl number of 80 to 180 mg KOH/g, a glass transition temperature of -40 to 40 °C and a weight average molecular weight of 2,000–20,000 g/mol. Said copolymer containing alkoxysilyl groups (B-2) is a copolymer obtained by copolymerisation of 30–80 pts.wt vinyl monomer containing alkoxysilyl groups, and 20–70 pts.wt which do not contain hydroxy groups, carboxyl groups or amino groups that react with isocyanate, copolymerisable monomers selected from alkyl(meth)acrylates, styrenes substituted in the styrene cycle, cyclohexyl(meth)acrylate or mixtures thereof, and its weight average molecular weight is 2,000–20,000 g/mol. Method for producing a multilayer paint coating is also described.

EFFECT: providing paint coating films without problems of coating resistance, such as thickening and the formation of jelly of the circulating base polymer paint, coating with a stable constant viscosity, exhibiting excellent scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, acid resistance and gasoline resistance is possible.
