FIELD: pneumatic automatic machine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic automatic devices intended for release of excess pressure of gas from pneumatic systems, and can be used in space engineering, as well as various industries for operation with compressed gases, including high-pressure helium. In the safety valve bellows valve containing the body with the inlet and outlet channels and the seat, the valve with the sealant, the spring pressing the valve to the seat, bellows assembly with pressure-tight bellows, upper flange of which is loaded with adjusting spring, and bellows inner cavity is interconnected with inlet channel, upper bellows upper flange movement limiter, adjusting element, according to the invention, the screw fixed in the valve by means of thread, interacts with the stop screwed into the upper flange of the bellows unit, and with the spring pressing the valve to the seat, wherein in valve side wall there is a hole for fixing element pressed into cylindrical part of screw, free end of which interacts with longitudinal slot made in housing, and on upper flange of bellows assembly there fixedly fixed is guide, which, on one side, by means of fluoroplastic bushing, installed in annular groove, interacts with spacer inner surface, fixedly fixed in barrel, by means of threaded connection fixed on housing, to which by means of cylindrical belts the lower flange of the bellows assembly is welded, on the other side—with adjusting spring placed in the barrel.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the safety of bellows safety valve in part of reducing the difference between opening pressure and sealing pressure, providing tightness relative to the external medium when working with helium for a long time, as well as providing the possibility of operation under the effect of ionizing radiation of outer space.
