SAFETY VALVE Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC F16K17/08

Abstract RU 2790917 C1

FIELD: pneumatic automatic devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic automatic devices designed to relieve excess gas pressure from pneumatic systems and can be used in space technology. The substance of the invention lies in the fact that the housing 1 is made in the form of a pipe with a large and small diameter, which is simple in terms of manufacturing technology, the dimensions of the large one are determined by the dimensions of the bellows 2, and the small diameter of the housing is determined by the dimensions of the PTFE bushing 5, the bellows 2 is connected to the movable element 4 - a rod with a through hole 15 and a seat 14, at the inlet of the rod a sleeve 16 is made with holes 17 into the cavity of the bellows 2, the valve 10 with a stop 20 and the spring 11 are located in the inlet flange 3; a glass 9 with an outlet tip 13 and a tuning screw 6 is installed at the outlet of the housing, and a tuning spring 7 is installed in the cavity of the glass, which transmits force through the hinge 8 to the rod. To tear off the valve 10 with stop 20 from the seat 14 in the flange 3 there is a shoulder 19 with grooves.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to make the design of the safety valve more manufacturable during manufacture, reduce the dimensions, weight, with the ability to obtain a stable characteristic and the desired degree of tightness of the valve seat.
