FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: safety lever valve includes a housing with angular arrangement of inlet and outlet fittings and an axial through-hole, a lever with the rotation axis, an adjustment spring and an adjusting screw. The axial through hole contains a valve with a sealer and a clack seat. The valve is designed as a two-stage piston. The two-stage piston includes upper and lower parts interconnected by a pin mounted in the bottom of the valve with a radial gap. The upper part of the valve contains a spring pressing the lower part of the valve to the seat, covered by a bushing installed in the body of the guide that prevents the dropdown of the pin during valve movements. The clack seat and the rail and the guideway of the bottom of the valve are made integral with the outlet fitting. The shoulders of the lever interact with the stops mounted in the upper part of the valve and the pusher. A tuning spring on the one hand interacts with the pusher, and on the other - with a scuff plate in which the ball is placed. The ball is pushed by the support mounted in the adjusting screw. The said supports and the guide bushing are made of a rigid material.
EFFECT: more precise opening pressure of the safety valve and integrity of its release.
