FIELD: chemical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymeric compositions with a filler in the form of hollow microspheres for producing high-tensile spheroplastics (syntactic foams). The polymeric composition consists of an oligocyanurate binder, an oligomer based on bisphenol A dicyanate produced through the oligomerization of bisphenol A dicyanate in the presence of 4-6 parts-per-million (ppm) of Fe3+ ions having a dynamic viscosity of 1.4 to 1.6 P at 80ºC and a broad molecular mass distribution characterized by a polydispersion of about 3.9 and a maximum molecular mass of up to 50 kilodaltons, hollow glass microspheres and a thixotropic additive.

EFFECT: producing a polymeric composition with the vitality sufficient for producing spheroplastics having improved performance characteristics: high tensile strength, heat resistance, cracking resistance during thermocycling and thermal shocks, radio transparency, low water absorption and linear thermal expansion.
