FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining compositions of melt adhesives based on chelates metals and oligocyanurate resins with active cyanat groups for the impregnation of the reinforcement material in polymer composite outer purpose where: heating the resin to a melt state; a catalyst is injected into the resulting melt as a dry powder of metal chelates having a particle size of 40-125 mcm in an amount of 50-600 ppm by weight of the metal ions to the weight of the composition; and the melt is stirred until visually uniform. A composition for impregnating reinforcing material in polymer composite materials is also described.

EFFECT: polycyanurate binder with a minimum curing temperature has been developed, which makes it possible to eliminate the use of solvents and reduce the gassing of composite materials.
