FIELD: oral care.
SUBSTANCE: oral care composition contains an anionic surfactant, wherein the anionic surfactant is sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS); cationic or amphoteric surfactant, wherein the cationic or amphoteric surfactant is cocamidopropyl betaine (CAPB) and a potassium salt; wherein the composition does not contain a nonionic surfactant, wherein the anionic surfactant is present in an amount of about 2.18 wt %, and cocamidopropyl betaine is present in amount of 0.35 wt % to 0.45 wt % of total weight of composition, wherein the potassium salt is potassium nitrate, and potassium nitrate is present in amount of 4 to 6 wt % of the total weight of the oral care composition.
EFFECT: invention provides high levels of foam formation in the presence of salts.
